Mikayla Sullivan with KinoSol

Mikayla Sullivan

CEO & Co-Founder

Mikayla’s desire to solve global issues initially came from first-hand experience of what poverty truly means, visiting rural villages in Mexico. Years of traveling and learning about other cultures has allowed Mikayla to see life from other people’s perspectives in order to create solutions that will truly be beneficial. KinoSol has allowed Mikayla to provide sustainable solutions to people in need and inspire others to think more globally.

Paul Matovu 

Uganda Director

Paul was born into a family of 20 children and partly raised by his grandparents in rural Uganda, where he first learned about agriculture. After graduating from Makerere University, Paul founded his own business, VMG, an urban farming social enterprise. Paul leads KinoSol’s Ugandan operations, which allows him to combine his passionate for helping underserved communities enhance their food security and create sustainable sources of income.

Ryan Nguyen

Business Development

Ryan assists KinoSol with business development and has a particular knack for completing market research. A deep interest in entrepreneurship, specifically in the realm of startups drew Ryan to KinoSol. He enjoys contributing toward the company’s mission of decreasing global food waste, and as a goal-driven individual with an accounting background, Ryan and KinoSol make a great match.

Solomon Tamale

Logistics Coordinator

Solomon was the firstborn in a humble family. After graduating, Solomon worked at the logistics department of St. Catherine Hospital, and then ventured into tour and travel, co-founding Khan Tour Line. There he developed the skills necessary to coordinate complex logistical situations. Solomon brings expertise in efficiency, accuracy, and his ability to problem solve to KinoSol and aids in coordinating operations on the ground in Uganda.
